Notice from NCSE re: Parents Notify

Dear Parents/ Guardians,

If you are seeking a specialised school place for your child in the 2026/2027 school year (i.e. special class / special school) you must complete the “Parents Notify” form and submit to the NCSE before October 1^st 2025.

This is an online form through which parents submit to the NCSE with information and supporting documentation for their child's needs.

The purpose of the form is to request an eligibility letter from the NCSE for a special class or special school place.

This eligibility letter is a mandatory part of the application process for special education settings.

This can be completed through the parental notification form on the NCSE website. Please see link below;

In accordance with circular 39/25; no student can be offered a place in a special class/school setting without the NCSE eligibility letter.
